So in this case, the engagement name will be “Company XYZ” and under this engagement, you can create various programs, individual or group coaching programs. This will help you better follow up the progress and delivery for each company you are collaborating with.

If you are working with individual/ private clients only, in that case the engagement can be your client’s name and he may have different programs with you  – for instance a first program of 10 sessions focused on leadership, then another program of 6 sessions geared towards leadership embodiment and somatic works”.
